We’re actively looking for the next engineering superstar to join our Football Engine team! As a Gameplay Engineer, you will be working closely with our game teams to engineer advanced new football mechanics within our in-house developed Football Engine.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop high quality pragmatic solutions to challenging problems within the performance constraints of real-time multiplayer gameplay
- Design, architect and implement exciting new football mechanics in Unity Engine with C#
- Collaborate closely with game teams to develop realistic, believable, and sensational football behavior
- Create prototypes and proof-of-concept gameplay within our Football Engine
- Have an opportunity to influence and impact game features that will end up in production
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 1+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, patterns, algorithms and data structures
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Capacity to dream big and execute with pragmatism
- Ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical peers
- A genuine passion for games and creating technology that empowers others
- Fast learner with natural curiosity (T-shaped mindset)
- Team player who enjoys taking part in new challenges

- Familiarity with Unity and C#
- Familiarity with game engine architecture
- Knowledge of statistics and probability
- Proficiency in 3D Geometry
- Football knowledge
