WHY WE NEED YOU:
We are setting up a new team to work on making a #1 Golf game in the world and we are seeking a Senior QA Software Engineer focused on quality to help the team get there. Our QA team participates in all phases of game development with a focus on leading technical testing and automation efforts, developing the test strategy and test plans of new projects while considering long-term feature roadmap and cross-team integration of these features.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Design, manage, and execute test plan by analyzing product goals and by determining areas of risks
- Focus on quality from the beginning by participating and providing a QA perspective in all game-development phases
- Design, develop and apply best testing practices by following industry trends on QA technologies, tools and techniques in order to improve game quality and user experience
- Create in-house reliable and scalable automation frameworks, to support the current and enable future technology stacks
- Monitor the health of live products in order to detect potential flaws in live games (user experience issues, cheats, exploits, bugs...)
- Work closely with the team in China to help raise the quality of the QA process
- Mentor the junior QA members in the team
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a brainy go-getter with a passion for excellence, but also a team player who has:
- Proven 5+ years of work experience in software quality assurance
- Understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, patterns, algorithms, and data structures
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Solid coding skills in Java, C#, and relational databases
- Highly-motivated self-learner capable of diving in and contributing to every aspect of game development
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical peers
- A genuine passion for games, not just software development

- Good knowledge of iOS and Android ecosystems, experience in testing applications for both platforms
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
