WHAT YOU’LL DO:
This internship is all about building your accounting knowledge while doing meaningful work, so you will:
- Assist with posting journal entries and recording business transactions
- Help maintain and organize financial records and documentation
- Learn how to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate bookkeeping
- Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams (like Marketing and Product) to make sure all transactions are properly mapped and accounted for
- Get exposure to working with external accounting partners
- Participate in shaping and improving financial processes and internal controls
- Gain insight into tax planning and compliance with local regulations
- Analyze accounting data and trends drawing appropriate conclusions and recommendations to influence business
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- You're in your final year of studies or recently graduated in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- You have a genuine interest in accounting and are eager to see how it works in a real business setting
- You're comfortable with Excel and curious to explore accounting tools like Oracle, JDE, or Microsoft Navision
- You have a sharp eye for detail, enjoy working with numbers, and like things to add up
- You have solid English skills, both written and spoken
